Brought to you by the creative minds behind Bristol favourite, The Gallimaufry, Suncraft is a new vegan restaurant, opening on Gloucester Road, directly opposite its big sister.
The rise of customers looking for healthier eating options with less meat has increased over the years. The team at The Gallimaufry noticed this change in customer demand around three years ago and have been adapting their offerings ever since. As the popularity of healthy, meat free and sustainable food has increased further it inspired the team to break out into a new venture to offer what others currently are not.
Suncraft will offer fast, affordable, healthy world food based around the notion that everything will be seasonal, locally sourced, ethical, sustainable and 100% vegan. Suncraft will even be growing a great deal of their produce in-house, using a specifically installed, state of the art, hydroponic plant growing facility.
Gallimaufry co-founder James Koch says the venue is ‘influenced by forward-thinking, health-conscious food culture from around the world, and everything sold will be 100 per cent vegan.’
Suncraft approached ORCA to design and build their new website, which will showcase their utopian vision in a psychedelic, futuristic and engaging way; making vegan world food more accessible and interesting to the wider market.
